
Trudy Radburn’s teaching programme includes:
Professional Technique Class
This class develops strength and flexibility through a deep physical awareness. Focusing on the rise and fall of momentum and the unlimited possibilities of the suspended body this class plays with weight to negotiate clear movement pathways.
Dance Fitness Class
Specifically for Adult Beginners. This physical workout improves stamina strength and coordination. It’s a fun and friendly way to achieve fitness and maximum wellbeing.
School Education program
Included are a number of options to facilitate each schools requirement. The programs aim to develop student’s physical skills, encourage and inspire an awareness of movement while ultimately providing an enjoyable introduction to dance as a Performing Arts subject.
1. Dance Fusion class
A lively session of dance styles including hip-hop, and contemporary dance as well as movement based games. Recommended for primary aged children.
2. The Dance-For-Life Event

3. Choreographic Residencies
This session encourages participants to develop their own movement material and explore choreographic techniques. Students will create original movement from improvisational and task based exercises culminating in formalised movement routines for optional presentation.
4. Repertoire Workshops
This workshop consists of a warm up class followed by a creative session learning repertoire from Trudy Radburn’s performance works. Designed for students studying VCE Dance.
